Well, it looks like it’s time for another Digital Marketing blog post. It’s been 3 years (yes, 3 years!) since I wrote a blog post on this blog–the last one was in February 2016. Should you update your blog more often than once every 3 years?
Of course you should.
Should you update it or write a new post every month, every week, or every day? Sure.
One thing I’ve learned, though, is that the more often you write or post a blog post on your blog, literally the more traffic you’ll get. There are some exceptions to that rule, like whether or not those blog posts contain enough content or enough unique content or they’re worthwhile or not. But assuming that you are writing good content or hire a writer to write full-time for you, then writing a blog post can actually lead to more traffic.
So, here’s my once-a-year (or once every 3 years) blog post. Maybe I’ll update this blog more often? Perhaps. Do I need more traffic? Sure. But in the meantime, check out my main blog, over at BillHartzer.com. And the agency blog at Hartzer.com/blog/.
